Cancellation & Returns

You may return any Item purchased at ArtChasers.net and receive a refund less 25% re-stocking fee and shipping and handling fees and costs (including original shipping, return shipping, customs and/or other duties, and other government-imposed fees, as applicable). To return an item, you must first receive an RMA number from ArtChasers.net Customer Service Department at sales@artchasers.net within 7 days of Your receipt of the item at issue. Items must be returned and received by ArtChasers.net within 7 days from Your receipt of the applicable RMA number. Items

must be returned in original condition with tags attached and certificates unless purchased separately. Items are not returnable if tags are removed. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package or ArtChasers.net will not accept delivery of the package. You are responsible for insuring returned items. We are not responsible for any damage through misuse or for damage to items in transit. RMA numbers do not guarantee refunds; all refunds will be processed only after thorough inspection of the item by Artchasers.net.
